Terms of Service – feroBYTE

Welcome to feroBYTE. By using this website or hiring us for services, you agree to the following terms. These apply globally and ensure clarity and transparency in every project we take on.

1. Scope of Services

feroBYTE provides custom website development, UI/UX design, SEO, and optimization services. Each project is planned, quoted, and executed based on the unique goals of the client.

2. Payment Policy

We do not require upfront payment. Payment is only due upon project completion and client approval. This helps reduce risk for new clients — but:

Failure to complete payment within 7 days of delivery gives feroBYTE the right to revoke website access.
Unpaid projects may be used as portfolio examples or repurposed entirely.

All payments are processed securely via PayPal in USD.

3. Ownership & Licensing

Full ownership of the website and its code is transferred to the client after payment. Prior to that, all rights are retained by feroBYTE.

Any third-party assets used (fonts, stock images, plugins) may carry separate licenses, which are the responsibility of the client.

4. Revisions & Adjustments

Unlimited revisions are offered during the design phase. Once development begins, significant changes may incur timeline or budget adjustments.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide necessary content and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in communication can affect project timelines and delivery dates.

6. Post-Launch Support

A 14-day free support period begins after site delivery for minor bug fixes. Ongoing maintenance is available through monthly or annual plans.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

Downtime caused by hosting providers or DNS misconfiguration
Security vulnerabilities from third-party scripts or tools
Loss of data or revenue post-handover

8. International Clients

feroBYTE operates as a fully remote digital service provider and collaborates with clients across the globe. All projects are handled professionally and transparently, following internationally recognized freelance and digital service standards, regardless of client location.

9. Portfolio Use

Unless explicitly requested otherwise, we may showcase completed projects in our portfolio, marketing materials, or case studies.

10. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated occasionally. Major changes affecting active clients will be communicated directly.
